# Results, appointments, and alerts

> Review requests, confirm appointments, and link WhatsApp for team notifications.

## Review appointment requests

In **Resultados y citas**, a general appointment begins as a **request**. Review availability and details before selecting **Confirmar cita**. Confirmed appointments appear in **Proyectos**.

Use **Cambiar horario** or **Cancelar cita** as allowed by the status. Refresh if someone else may have changed the record.

Automatic restaurant reservations are checked in the location's **Reservas** panel. See [Reservations and requests](https://docs.sidemex.app/en/agents/reservations/) to choose the right flow.

## Review results

The panel brings together requests, leads, and achievements reported by agents. Read the details before following up. A summary or outcome label needs interpretation: verify the corresponding appointment, reservation, or contact.

## Link your WhatsApp for alerts

Operator alerts require an **active paid plan** and a ready WhatsApp connection. The panel shows missing requirements.

1. Open **Alertas por WhatsApp**.
2. Enter **Nombre del destinatario** and your number with **+ and country code**.
3. Choose **Citas**, **Prospectos**, and/or **Llamadas** notifications.
4. Consent to receiving alerts.
5. Select **Vincular WhatsApp**.
6. Open the link and **send the verification message**.
7. Select **Actualizar** and check the recipient's status.

The verification link expires in **15 minutes**. Opening WhatsApp without sending the message does not complete linking.

## Change or stop notifications

For a linked recipient, change the selected event types. To stop alerts, select **Desactivar alertas** or send **BAJA** through WhatsApp.

If the connection is not ready, results remain saved in the dashboard even when a notification is not delivered.

## Distinguish consent

Linking team alerts authorizes those notifications. SDMX chat is connected separately from its creative workspace. Customer confirmations or reminders require consent and configuration for the reservation flow.
