# SDMX and approvals

> Use your account assistant to plan and review proposals before execution.

## What SDMX does

In **SDMX**, talk to your account assistant about campaigns, projects, calendar, leads, and connections. It can consult available context, prepare plans, and propose actions for your approval.

The **Ad planner** opens this workspace for creative work and proposals. Availability depends on the access and plan shown in your account.

## Start a conversation

1. Open **SDMX** inside your agent.
2. In **Campaña abierta**, select a campaign or leave **Ninguna (cuenta completa)** for account-wide context.
3. Write a specific request.
4. Review the response and any proposed action.

For example: “Review this campaign and prepare a follow-up plan” or “What is due this week in projects and calendar?”

The selected campaign guides conversation context. Check its name before approving a change.

## Messages and detailed mode

Conversation mode uses **1 plan message** per request. **Detallado · 2** prepares longer answers, plans, or drawings and uses **2 messages**.

Enter sends; Shift+Enter adds a line. Use **Actualizar conversación** to check again if a response remains pending.

## Approve a concrete proposal

SDMX prepares actions and waits for approval. Read the target, details, and conditions before approving. Then check the result and corresponding record.

If an action remains pending or cannot be confirmed, inspect the destination service before requesting it again. A proposal or chat answer is not evidence of execution.

## Creative assets and WhatsApp

Campaign workspaces may offer image generation and a private gallery, depending on availability. Each generation consumes one plan image. Review the asset before using it in an ad draft.

SDMX WhatsApp chat is linked from the creative workspace when available. Team alerts are linked separately in **Resultados y citas**.

## External assistants

**Conectar tu asistente de IA (MCP)** shows the available workspace connection steps and permissions. Follow that card for the current connection. The domains-and-email MCP reference is a separate area from these Agents guides.
