Balance is credit inside your Sidemex account that you can use to pay for services at checkout.

- **Non-withdrawable**: it cannot be converted to money or transferred.
- With the `balance:read` scope, an assistant can check your available balance and history to tell you whether a quote is covered.
- Paying with balance happens at checkout, with your confirmation.
