SIDEMEX / AGENTS

Calling campaigns

Organize the audience, schedule, and limits used by an outbound agent.

A campaign defines who, when, and how quickly your agent calls. A receptionist answers its incoming number and does not need a campaign to receive calls.

Create a Calling agent, configure and test its draft, then publish and activate a version. Check its outbound number and available usage.

In Vista general, Autonomía en campañas lets you choose Pedir aprobación or Llamar por su cuenta: ask for approval or call autonomously. Authorizing calls requires confirmation. The campaign must also be ready and in the appropriate state.

In Prospectos, review contacts and CRM stages. You can import CSV lists; recognized columns include name, phone, website, city, industry, and email. Ten-digit phone numbers are interpreted as Mexican numbers.

Before calling, review imported contacts and the No contactar list. Campaigns check this list.

In Campañas, select a calling campaign and review:

  • Name and agent: a clear name and the correct outbound agent.
  • Audience or segment: stages and criteria matching your goal.
  • Days and schedule: the calling window.
  • Pace and concurrency: daily volume and allowed simultaneous calls.
  • Retries: handling unanswered numbers using available controls.

Review the audience before starting. Use limits shown by your account; entering a larger value does not expand your plan.

Check campaign status, Llamadas, and CRM outcomes. Busy shared numbers can cause calls to wait.

To stop new work, pause the campaign or agent as appropriate. Already accepted calls can continue.

Check active agent, authorized autonomy, outbound number, valid audience, schedule, and plan limits. Inspect call details before repeating requests.
