Test Configuration used Requirements
Outbound: Llamarme para probar Saved draft. Maximum 2 minutes. Outbound number, ready configuration, and an authorized Mexican phone number.
Incoming: call the receptionist Active version, schedule, and real actions. Verified incoming number, fallback, and confirmed activation.

Both consume minutes. Acceptance of an outbound request does not confirm that a conversation has connected.

In the calling agent, open Laboratorio de pruebas. Save all changes, resolve the listed requirements, and enter your phone as +52 followed by 10 digits.

Confirm that you own the number or have permission from the person answering. Select Llamarme para probar and confirm the call. Follow its status in Llamadas.

This test does not create a campaign or lead.

Publish and activate a version. Call the receptionist from another phone during its schedule. The test uses active configuration; unapplied draft changes do not affect the call.

Check a normal conversation and then fallback routing. Have the extension or ring group’s phone ready for a human-transfer test.

Case Expected result
Greeting Identifies itself as a virtual assistant and offers help.
Known question Uses approved business information.
Missing information Requests help or acknowledges that confirmation is needed.
Interruption Listens to the caller and continues with their request.
Available reservation Confirms only after saving it.
No capacity Offers another option or human help.
General appointment request Records a request for review.
Human help For reception, reaches the configured fallback.
Outside reception hours Uses the intended route.
Do-not-contact request During outbound calls, respects the request and ends the call.

Check the call, available transcript, and action record. Fix one issue at a time and repeat the affected case. If you changed the agent, save and apply its new version before repeating an incoming test.
