Before paying, check the full name, extension, term, and included services. Learn how to review a quote.
DNS records
Section titled “DNS records”DNS records connect your domain to your website, email, and other services. Before changing a record, confirm the type, name, and value provided by the service.
Keep the records used by your other business services. If you are unsure which record to change, ask for help before deleting it.
Business email
Section titled “Business email”Review the mailboxes associated with your domain from your account. To change a password, use the recovery process or link provided by Sidemex.
Add new mailboxes through the corresponding purchase flow and review the terms before confirming. Do not share passwords with an assistant.
Balance and payments
Section titled “Balance and payments”Check your balance and transactions in your account. Review the amount and payment method before confirming a purchase.
Use a connected assistant
Section titled “Use a connected assistant”If you connect an assistant, review the permissions and operations available to your account. Confirm changes to your domains and services before authorizing them.
