Menu and catalog
Turn reviewed business information into useful answers about services, prices, and availability.
Read as MarkdownSelect the correct business
Section titled “Select the correct business”Open Menú y catálogo and check the selected business and location. Agents serving the same business share its catalog.
Upload and review a source
Section titled “Upload and review a source”In Menús y documentos originales, upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP images. Use clear photos without glare and with readable text. Select Subir y leer.
Extraction prepares information for review. If it fails to complete, the source can still be retained and items can be added manually.
Before publishing, consult the source and verify every name, description, and price. Items marked uncertain require review. The editor asks you to confirm Revisé los datos del original.
Edit items
Section titled “Edit items”Each item includes Name, Category, Price, Currency, Description, Verified allergens, and Available.
Leave the price unconfirmed if you do not know it yet. Mark sold-out items as unavailable. They can remain in the catalog, but the agent should not offer them as available.
Record only verified allergen information. If it is missing, the agent should ask your team for help.
Use Agregar artículo o servicio to add items without an image. Consultar original lets you revisit the extraction source.
Publish the catalog
Section titled “Publish the catalog”Select Publicar catálogo after review. Agent menu lookups use the published catalog for the selected business.
If you also changed agent context, instructions, or knowledge, save and apply its new version. An uploaded image without review and publication is not an approved catalog.
Test a real question
Section titled “Test a real question”Ask about an available item, a sold-out item, and an unconfirmed price. Check that answers reflect the catalog and ask for help when facts are missing.
